Requirements and Information:
Candidate must be a University student currently reading for a degree in one or more of the following areas: History, History of Art, Fine Arts, Anthropology, Archaeology, Cultural Studies, Tourism Studies or other related areas.
The intern will receive direct and close supervision by an experienced museum host. It is important that the intern obeys the policies, rules and regulations of the Museum site and comply with the Museum’s policy practices and procedures.
The internship lasts a minimum of 12 weeks but can be extended. The intern will be expected to be present in the museum 5 days a week, between Tuesdays and Sundays (indicated on a roster basis) from 10am to 5pm with a 30-minute break daily.
This is an unpaid position and the scope of the internship is for educational purposes only. There is no guarantee or expectation that the activity will result in employment with the Museum
