Greek Prime Minister Dr Kostas Karamanlis visited Palazzo Falson on the 10th October, 2008 while on an official visit to Malta. Together with the accompanying delegation he was shown around the Museum by Executive Chairman of Fondazzjoni Patrimonju Malti, Maurice de Giorgio, who was presented with a silver basin after the tour.
