Ms Wearden delivering the presentation at the Green Lounge, Hotel Phoenicia

On the invitation of Palazzo Falson and Fondazzjoni Patrimonju Malti, Ms Jennifer Wearden Oriental carpet expert and published author from the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, delivered an excellent presentation about Oriental carpets. The public lecture, which was very well attended, was illustrated with several images. For the occasion two antique Oriental carpets from the Palazzo Falson collection were displayed. The persons attending the lecture were able to examine these Oriental carpets at close quarters after the lecture and were also able to discuss further points with Ms Wearden. All persons attending the lecture were presented with an illustrated, full colour brochure featuring highlights from the large collection of antique carpets at Palazzo Falson.
