Following last year's most interesting and well received lecture, Prof. John Varriano is delving once again into the Italian Renaissance to present an illustrated lecture which provides a novel reading of the art of the time through the lens of the culinary arts and its presentation. The lecture entitled 'Edible Art and Erudition' will be held at the Phoenicia ballroom on the 20th February at 7pm. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The general public is invited to attend.
