International Museum Day tour

Our Guided Highlight Tour to mark the International Museum Day was yet another success.  Participants were greeted by our museum hosts and interns who guided them around the house whilst having the opportunity to meet our team of research volunteers for a show and tell of some hidden treasures from our varied collections. Some of the topics that were touched upon were underwater archaeology, heraldry, travels in mid 20th century, rare books in the Library and interesting archival documents.
