We are happy to announce that after years of careful compiling of the Palazzo Falson historic library catalogue, the searchable catalogue is now online on this website.
We would like to thank the volunteers and staff for all their help with the compiling, checking and cross-checking of the data and to the Hill Museum & Manuscript Library and ICON for enabling this data to be made accessible via the web. In addition, many of the oldest books in this collection have been digitised and are available for viewing at Palazzo Falson.
Work continues on the library collection as we research the books further and continue with the preventive conservation of this important collection.
The Palazzo Falson Library Database is a project of the staff and volunteers of Palazzo Falson and The Malta Study Center at the Hill Museum & Manuscript Library.
